Your Appliance Error Code Guide

You turn on dryer or washer, getting ready to do a load of laundry, but unexpectedly your machine beeps and displays an error. Your first instinct is to call an appliance repair technician, but before you do, let’s review the different error codes, what they mean and how you could potentially troubleshoot them by yourself.

Please do not take an appliance apart if you do not have experience taking machines apart and putting them back together. While it can be tempting to attempt your own repair, if you do not have the right experience, you can cause more damage making it more expensive to fix later.
